1. General Terms

1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) apply to all individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) using the abcparts.ee website and online store.

1.2. abcparts.ee has the right to unilaterally change the Terms by publishing them on the website.

2. Ordering

2.1. The Buyer is obliged to place an order that includes a precise description of the goods, item number, and other necessary information.

2.2. After placing the order, the product is not reserved until the agreed advance payment has been received in the abcparts.ee bank account.

3. Delivery and Return

3.1. If the Buyer does not collect the goods within 14 working days, the contract is considered canceled, and the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days.

3.2. In the case of returns, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was paid.

4. Liability and Warranty

4.1. abcparts.ee is not responsible for the suitability of the products if the Buyer orders without consultation.

4.2. All data and prices are presented without a guarantee of accuracy.

5. Copyright

5.1. Copying and distributing data published on the website without prior consent is prohibited.
