Return of goods

1. Right of return

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without stating a reason. CBA Parts OÜ will refund the full amount paid for the product within 7-14 days after its receipt.

2. Return conditions

The product must be in its original packaging and unused (traces of opening the packaging are allowed). The original packaging must be intact and clean, and the returned product should be complete (including all items that were in the packaging). Damaged products cannot be returned.

3. How to return the product

Return address: Punane tn 6, Tallinn.

Return methods:

- Post terminal (Paepargi 57, 11417 Tallinn or Punane 16b, 13619 Tallinn: DPD, Omniva, Venipak).

- Send via courier, including if the product does not fit in the post terminal.

- Bring the product in person to the specified address (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00).
